Micro-enterprise Tax Law Changes

Starting from 01.01.2015, the tax rate for microenterprises with annual turnover higher than EUR 7,000 will be increased to (with annual turnover under EUR 7,000 it will remain 9%):

• in tax year 2015 – 11%
• in tax year 2016 – 13%
• starting from 1 January 2017 – 15%
